Rise of the Pilons

401 Richmond: Pre-Sidewalk Construction

Prior to construction, 401 Richmond had no sidewalk on the north side of the building, (the south side of Richmond). The only way to access the front door was by walking east on Richmond, after which the sidewalk ended. Construction of the sidewalk will allow pedestrians to access the main door from the east as well as from the west.
